We use Guaijillo Chile for its rich and lightly fruity flavour creating a smooth base before we throw in the Chile de Árbol to pack the spicy punch like every lively taqueria. Together with the almonds and pepitas, our chile oil is a bold, flavourful oil that can take any dish to the next level.
